We have a simple and easy replacement policy, our customer can always make a claim for valid reasons. We make sure we deliver the high quality products to you, still we expect rare scenarios of dissatisfaction regarding the defects, damages, freshness, quality, quantity, pricing & packing issues of received items where customers can report the case within 24 hours to our customer support team. Since we place customers first, we assure a full refund / replacement if the customer is not satisfied with the products. In case of refund, the amount will be credited to the same account or payment made.

Refunds are only available for products that are returned in their original condition within seven days of purchase.

3. Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refunds will take Seven days to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Incase of exchanges, we will initiate the process within two days and the replacement will be delivered within two days
