Important Terms & Conditions
1. Members of the Shazmart management team and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw
2. The draw will take place at the Shazmart office in Hojai and will be conducted through a computerized random selection process.
3. The draw will be conducted in a transparent manner and open to the public. The entire process will be recorded and shared on our official social media platforms.
4. The decision of the Shazmart management will be final and binding. No queries, appeals, or interventions regarding the outcome will be entertained.
5. The draw will be held one week after the end of the promotional period. However, the management reserves the right to postpone the draw by 2–3 weeks if necessary.
6. This lucky draw is exclusively for Shazmart customers who make purchases through our mobile app. No cash or additional charges are required to participate in the draw. Do not pay anyone for draw entry.
7. Customers with a total purchase value between ₹10,000 and ₹14,999 will be eligible for the Realme 12x 5G Smartphone draw.
8. Customers with a total purchase value between ₹15,000 and ₹19,999 will be eligible for the Realme 12x 5G Smartphone and Samsung M35 5G Smartphone draw.
9. Customers with a total purchase value above ₹20,000 will be eligible for the Realme 12x 5G Smartphone, Samsung M35 5G Smartphone, and Okinawa R30 Electric Scooter draw.
10. The total purchase value will be visible in our mobile app. All eligible customers whose names are entered into the draw will also be notified accordingly.
